β β β β β You have to try, I think it's No1 roasted Beijing duck in Christchurch, owners keep the traditional way to make delicious food over 20 years.
Most well-known Chinese restaurants does kiwi style faked Chinese meals in chch, so disappoint!

β β β β β This has to be the best roast duck in Christchurch. I don't know about the rest of New Zealand but this little tucked away place in Riccarton Road is a delightful secret.

β β β β β Great food, recommend the duck pancakes ?? Friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. Been there a number of times with different size groups and always had an enjoyable experience.
Highly recommend this restaurant, pricing very reasonable. They are licensed with a decent selection but you can also BYO which makes it that much more affordable dining out.

β β β β β We had roast duck noodle soup for take away. The chef had all ingredients ready waiting for my arrival. He started putting everything into take away box as soon as he knew I was there to pick up. This was to preserve the crisp of the duck skin and limit the noodles drying up the soup. Staff was extra careful in packing to prevent soup leaking. The interior design of this restaurant is simple yet traditional Chinese. The duck noodle soup was tasty and authentic, I'm sure it would be even better if we dined in. Definitely going back and highly recommend.
