★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great space, comfortable family friendly space. I attend an evening a week with a group. Facilities are good: kitchen, loos and lounge area (large). Great fenced outdoor playground with sandpit and climbing equipment is available for use as well as lots of indoor resources for tamariki.
