β β β β β A lack of communication and promises not delivered. Job taken far longer than promised and no explanation other than passing the message on for the third time. Don't use these guys, find somewhere else. Terrible customer service

β β β β β Sent my iPhone in with a mic issue. Technician told me the motherboard needed to be replaced and it would cost me $220. Took it to another repair shop for a second opinion, and they said it was just a mic issue and could be repaired for far less....

β β β β β Horrible experience!
They abused me and said I abused them simply because I swore in a sentence! They have made us wait over 2 months to repaid this item! They lied and they have blamed me and taken no responsibility! The worse most disrespectful shop ever ! DO NOT GO HERE
Also the website is a lie itβs filled with white people but there is not a white person that works in this store they are all Indians ! Be authentic

β β β β β I brought my gaming laptop into these guys in Pukekohe in hope that they could fix a particular fan issue with it. They said they could. After about a month of no contact I called them and they said it was fixed. I was charged a bill, I payed them and brought it home to find that their 'fix' was a very dodgy and dangerous wire snip job on the fan that created the illusion that it was fixed, but I knew better. They also had damaged some of the casing during reassembly by putting screws back in the wrong places and lost the official protective felt slipcover that I gave the laptop to them in. Brought it in again, I demanded a refund and asked where the slipcover was. They said they would rectify the laptop 'fix' and find my slipcover. To put a long story short, it took 3 months of me hassling them to get my money and laptop back, minus the slipcover (they replaced it with a soft bag with broken zips that the laptop didn't fit into), unfixed and in a worse state than before I brought it in. Beware

β β β β β We took our IPad into the Mall at Levin Fixations on the 19th March, they sent it up to the Pukekohe branch as we were told it needed a new battery, They never fixed it ! All we got was excuses and still trying to fix it!! There was always excuses, then they were sending it down to us on the overnight courier and that turned into a lie , it sat there for a week and another phone call , more excuses, I just wanted it sent back and on my insistence it arrived last Friday with a supposedly new battery but itβs not working!!
I would never recommend this business to anyone, their lying and long conversations on the phone to me that were totally baseless!!Thanks Theresa
