β β β β β Very poor trained staff, they charged me $2 extra per kg than what was marked in the trolley. Wouldn't give me a receipt for my purchase when asked for it because they apparently had already got rid of it after two minutes of my purchase. Not professionals at all!!!

β β β β β Have ordered several deliveries from this store over the past 18 months and normally quality of the produce is excellent. However I will not be ordering from them again due to the rude and aggressive way that the manager, David, responded to my first ever complaint. Such a shame as the delivery man was always lovely and I would love to support a small local business rather than my local supermarket.

β β β β β I have visited this shop about 4 times over the last three years. Their produce is great, but their staff and service are absolutely atrocious! The first time I ever went there, found what I wanted went the checkout. No one on the tills. So a waited patiently at a till. Staff member was busily chatting with customer friends of hers. Brings them up to the OTHER till and rings her friends up. I was so shocked! I simply left the stuff on the counter and walked out. Been back a few times to see if they improved any. They have not. Went in today for a bag of potatoes and got told at the door they closed its public holiday. Very abruptly and coldly. I will never shop here again and will be telling as many people as I can the same. Sort your staffs attitude out!!
