We cater for all levels of Hi Fi from budget systems and components up to the muscle of the best you can buy. Together, our team has a background of over 38 years in the field. Our store has been operating since the early 80’s, and was bought by Graham in 2011.

We can offer throughout New Zealand easy finance packages from no deposit terms if required, and freight free to your door on items over $500 within NZ, with fully backed manufacturers warranties. Overseas orders also a specialty, with freight prices available upon request.
Payment terms can be arranged via our on line cart via paypal for your ultimate protection, or by phone, fax, e-mail. Credit card transactions are available manually if you prefer.

After moving house went to set up my system and it didnβt work . Emailed them on a Sunday and they responded immediately with possible solutions .
Monday morning at 8.30 sharp I get a call with the reason and how to fix . If you value your tunes go to the professionals .

β β β β β Was really disappointed after reading the reviews and popping into the store to try and resolve an audio issue and look for a new sub.
I felt as I walked in my presence was not welcome but itβs COVID times and I persevered as the last time I tried to go the store was closed.
I worked out in about a minute flat that I needed an optical cable, which I tried to purchase (before moving into the sub question) but was abruptly told they were too busy to help and needed to get back to work. Despite there being two staff on and no customers in store.
Really disappointed to find the few bad reviews on this business are completely legit.

β β β β β Absolutely first class service, Graham sorted the Insurance claim and thanks to his efficiency the claim for a new Projector was approved within three working days. I have since discovered that several of my friends and family have also had excellent service.
