★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best ripping off indian store in whangarei. It was not in 7 years but new owner Sells expire product. Half of tickets are missing so they can sell on whatever price. There is a lady(small brown lady). She always rude with customers. They sell same product @ 3 different prices on 3 different times. I bought same thing for $12 then my husband bought for $18 and my cousin bought same thing for $17. Totally filthy shop. I stop visiting them. Try to improve. Its Newzealand bro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untidy atmosphere, grumpy staff, many prices missing or wrongly mentioned, try to keep hidden, Less variety, expired items on the shelves found many time and no Customer focus.
Rotten veggies and unhygienic fruits found many times and requested to change but no positive response.
Customers who don't find other options here in whangarei for Indian groceries go to this shop for Indian spices and special items only.
Unwilling to improve the stock items and customer services. Literally mismanaged and uninterested staff.
We already switched to other stores like Minhas grocers, Fijian, farmers markets , reduce to clear and Asian market.
Better to Research the market for healthy options. Thanks

Only go there as a last option, staff not welcoming - poor service.

Spices and dry goods if you need something for an exotic recipe that the supermarket dosnt stock idd highly recommended trying here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Places looks very sad and need a bit of a tidy up, the staff seem uninterested and rude towards customers not very attentive or inviting, they look annoyed when you go to the checkout. Otherwise a good selection of Indian and Asian groceries but a lot of expired products which could land them in trouble if complained to the health department, just very bad owners no idea how to run a business. Only running because there's no other good Indian store in whangarei.
