★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has no business making Japanese cuisine. I ordered a chicken teriyaki donburi and it came out looking like a standard chinese chicken and fried vegetable with rice. The sushi was buttery which I’ve never experienced before. Absolute horrid food I will not be returning and the chef should be ashamed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly terrible bento boxes for diner. We have been before but really gone down hill.
Mostly packet fried items that you would expect at a cheep food hall for lunch and expensive at $33 for a box where the only recognisable Japanese items were two small pieces of sushi.
Sad as the staff are nice - just seem to be substituting low cost items and cutting corners.
Guess that explains why we were the only patrons there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A busy cafe because it is so very good. Great atmosphere and great service.
The food is fresh and full of flavour, good portion size. Service is great and the staff are really nice people.
If they run out of the Sushi you want they will rush to make it fresh for you too.
Finally, when at the counter you will notice they have a huge number of regulars. Regular custom is the true sign of a good cafe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best Japanese restaurant in the area! I had the miso noodles for breakfast at 9:30 (pregnancy cravings) and the whole café exceeded my expectations. Very nice decor with photography and very good quality food
