Our turnover was excellent but we weren't making any profit. Liz coached me on how to be an effective leader, we introduced systems and strategies that enabled us to see what was happening with the dollars and take control of them. Liz is an amazing person, not only is she passionate about what she is teaching but she has lived it herself turning her own hospitality business around, so she truly understands what we are experiencing. I 110% recommend to Hospitality Company !

What I like best is that they both draw from their own unique success stories within NZ hospitality and back it up with research from leading hospitality businesses around the world. The examples resonate and the coaching is great. Like any great coaching though - it all comes back to how much you're willing to put in! Tired of getting the same results? Or just looking for those extra couple of %'s? Then I fully recommend.

She is a mentor, a friend, a counsellor and that little voice in the back of my mind making sure I get stuff done! I would hate to think where I would be if I hadn't fallen upon The Hospitality Company.

I couldn't recommend this coaching and the courses they offer more highly. It's not only helped me as the business owner but the benefits for our staff and the business have been unbelieveable. My only regret is that I didn't know about THC sooner.

The Course and support have been absolutely fantastic.I wish I had completed this course years ago but it's never too late to learn new methods and apply them to your business. I have now put my Restaurant Manager and Events Manager through a shorted online course to get them thinking the same way. They are learning a lot and its showing great benefits to the business. Highly recommend.
