β β β β β Sorry, wanted to like this place, but it gets two stars, and that's solely for the outdoor area - nice and spacious, great for families and a kids playground; however a lot of parents just let their kids go completely free range, so it was a bit hazardous with kids running around, playing tag with no regard to other patrons or waitstaff.
The service was a complete let down. We ordered from the menu provided and paid at the counter, only to be told when the food came out that some of the items weren't available until the next day, so the pork burger I ordered, which was on the menu, was replaced with a (crusty looking) fish burger that wasn't on the menu?! Why weren't we notified of this when we ordered, or as soon as they realized they couldn't make it? Was given the option to accept the fish burger they made or get a refund, or at a pinch, I could reorder something else. The waitress was going to come back to retake my order, but after waiting 20+ minutes before this happened, decided to take the refund and go elsewhere for food instead.
The food prices seemed quite high, yet the portion sizes and quality didn't impress.
Most of the staff seemed utterly confused, and we had about 3 different orders of food, that weren't ours, come to our table over the course of our visit - despite having to provide your table number when you order. I see why there are so many reviews where people say their food was cold.

This food that we shared on Saturday was amazing. Honey Chicken Wings are out of this world, pizza just as great as its always been, loving the new additions. Service is great and during Level 2 the staff were really outstanding with ordering easy and quick delivery of drinks?

β β β β β An absolute banger for families. Like McDonalds, but with good food + beer. The kids had such a ball. Without a doubt we will be back. So nice that the chaos of childhood was embraced. Hands down the most family friendly place in NZ. Amazing.

β β β β β This place was recommended to us by avenue pizza tauranga (who without a doubt make the best pizza in New zealand), so we took their recommendation very seriously.
And wow. Pizza sure as hell surpassed the already very high expectation.
Overall, great vibe, lovely staff, amazing service. And absolute dream of a woodfired pizza.
Great experience. Will definitely be visiting again.

β β β β β Super atmosphere. Staff nice but food not great. Ribs were cold and a bit flavourless. The potato skins over cooked but edible. Caesar salad was dry and bacon in it was one big slap and sadly the egg was stone cold . The salmon was nice and a large serving but the salad that came with it was just ok The kids pasta was pretty basic but ok for kids. Drinks were pricey but ok

β β β β β We had korean and original chicken wings, pulled pork burger and potato skins. Everything was amazing but the pulled pork was absolute delicacy! Live music also great, weβll definitely come back.
