★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a pathetic experience in store there as I bought a jacket and decided to return it just in 5 -10 minutes because I found another jacket more appealing but the store lady decided not to refund it giving me a lame excuse that since the transaction was made through afterpay she is finding it hard to refund it and I should have used eftos instead. I still can't understand if she didn't know how to use the system or she deliberately didn't wanted to refund it. I checked the return policy which states that you can return the item within 60 days and I still don't know why it was so hard to do it after 10 minutes of purchase. You really need to train your staff well.
Please let me know how I can return the item.
