โ โ โ โ โ rude customer Service , when I first walked through the door I was met with one of the staff members yelling across the room asking what I would like this made me uncomfortable as I don't really want to talk about what I like in front of heaps of people staring at me , i then quietly asked what I wanted he said go sit over there quite rudely I went and sat where i was told they dumped colours infront of me without saying anything and walked away then nobody came to me for a good 8minutes i asked for gel polish once i was finally seen to and while they were doing it the guy then announce quite loudly that my nails aren't taking the gel polish because I've got something wrong with my nails how embarrassing he tried again and then once again announced it's not working it won't look good on you, i walked out as i was so embarrassed as all the customers were staring at me. I have never felt so upset. I will never ever come back and will not recommend this place.

โ โ โ โ โ This is my absolute new favourite thing to do. Love popping in the get my nails done, the staff are so lovely and very kind. Saw a wee girl yesterday get her nails painted and a bag of chippies for after, she smiled the whole time :) I visit every 2-4 weeks, nails perfect every time!! Trying to learn the quieter times as they are so popular now. Very happy for their success, great to see a Rolleston business doing well ?

โ โ โ โ โ I had a pedicure and a manicure. The technician was professional and gentle. I left with absolutely dry nails and they lasted a long time. I will be returning to this shop as a regular.

โ โ โ โ โ The nail technician was very nice, I asked for a natural French tip gel nail extension. Although the french tip wasn't as natural as I would have liked, its very good quality and would recommend. All of the work I had done on my nails was $60 and was worth the money I spent :)

โ โ โ โ โ Asked for Acrylic nails and got SNS extension instead. My nails are odd lengths because the tech didn't measure them against each other and the surface is bumpy and uneven. I booked an appointment at 10 and no one asked me about a booking and wasn't seen until a half hour later. Wouldn't go back or recommend

โ โ โ โ โ I frequently visit here for a pedicure. Working on my feet for 40 hours every week it's important to look after them. The team are amazing and they always remember me. I love the loyalty card, my last visit I saved $15.
