★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly lacking, the entire appointment taken up by having my rather long nails filed back to the short length I required, what ever happened to clip 1st. No cleaning up of dead skin around the nail, was told it’s not allowed may cause infection, no cleaning up under the nail, very little product used, no buffing told buffing not necessary when having polish applied, so decided not to have polish,got a quick very quick buff.The $10 extra massage, rubbish again very little product you need to drop the word massage,to moisturize and even that will be stretching it. Another fact, the nail vanish I had on was not removed, agree it was a clear coat, but surely it should be normal practice to first CLEAN, I also did not appreciate the beautician wiping the utensil she was using on her uniform GROSS . The voucher was given to me from my great nieces out of their pocket money feel they were totally ripped off . From Mau Ngata

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am happy with the service provided. I was bit late for the appointment but Remi (that’s what it sounded like) tried to accomodate my request despite being very busy due to Christmas time. I had my eyebrows done, she is very professional and did a good job. Highly recommended.
