★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the 500g rump with mushroom sauce, rare. The steak was cooked perfectly and you could just tell the chef cares. The waitress was very quick and helpful and I just love the atmosphere. I have been before and will always be coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Occidental has a wonderful ambience and is such a relaxing place to visit. I love the decor giving it a warm, welcoming, been there forever feel. The staff are superb and attentive. Such a great selection of food and beverages. A must visit every time we're in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had steamed mussels with lobster bisque sauce and rump steak. Mussels were amazing 5/5. The rump steak was big. We wanted it medium rare, but it was more like medium well-well done. We also loved cherry beer.
