★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady who owns the store and her shop assistant were terribly rude... I went in in search of a couple of gifts and they treated be as if I was a thief. No sense of what good customer service looks like at all. No wonder they're closing down. I wish you luck on your future endeavours, but just keep in mind that being rude and looking down on your potential customers isn't going to get you anywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The old lady at the counter super racist. She served a white lady while we were in the queue. We and other asian lady was at the queue but she served to another lady came nowhere. Ha ha Old ....... They are closing down this business. That is good.. Because, Old ..... Should get out from Arrowtown and must see the world. Hey!!! Old lady you are not getting any younger, and you do not have much time to learnt to be kind and love people. These racist people destroy the beauty of Arrowtown. ????
