β β β β β Visited this place before xmas break and did the class with Fiu. Great atmosphere, great sweat out. Nice music and good vibes first time experiencing this. As a former amateur boxer in USA now residing in NZ I found this good for all levels (those who just want fitness but also technical stuff). Parking is there get in early.
Place is extremely clean and would recommend

β β β β β Where to start... Studio Box has changed the way I look at exercise. For someone who hated cardio six months ago, I can't believe I'm attending at least 3 - 4 classes a week! If you're considering trying it out - you WON'T regret it!
The workout is so immersive and they have great tunes (I'm all for DnB and rap). The trainers are amazing - Trumaine gets inside your head like no one else - it's impossible not to come out feeling happy, tired and VERY sweaty.
It's an amazing community of people and you never feel judged for your fitness level. Studio Box is the BEST! x

β β β β β Worried that I wouldn't be up to it, the coaches there made me comfortable to just have fun and give it a go. It must of worked, as I have been going ever since. Truely unique fitness experience in Auckland. The lights, the music, the energy, it's great. Give it a go for the new year!

β β β β β Studio Box is a great way to get a workout in, and the team is full of great instructors and friendly staff. Highly recommend trying them out as it's an easy non-invasive way to learn boxing and get a sweat up! There are also top quality facilities for things like locking up your work gear and showering after your work out.

β β β β β My favourite fitness studio in Auckland and the best boxing studio I've been to (and I've tried a handful across many cities and countries). Awesome facilities and a really welcoming team. The workouts are challenging but fun and suitable for most fitness levels. Highly recommend to all!
