I dislocated my shoulder and had to take time off and was not allowed back on my course, or any other course for that matter, after it healed. none of the staff seem to care unless you are on a paid course (I know this as my cousin is on one of you paid courses and you actually bother to reply to him!) I passed everything I sat but they dont care I'm not giving them any money I guess I dont matter!

Okay I am done with OP. The content is really poor. The compulsary courses are a joke. They dont dive into the subject material. You have to waste your time on a lot of filler courses and you have to answer questions on why open polytechnic library is a good library, give 3 reasons. I kid you not.

I would avoid undertaking business Administration course BUS301 at the moment. While the online learning program is excellent, I have found the assessments very poorly written. The assessment criteria used to mark students asks for content not even in the exam! I have raised a complaint with the OP and NZQA. Just failed assignment 2 (twice) (and that’s after seeking clarification) and now they have suggested I enrol on the next course. My lecturer tells me the assignments are currently being β€˜reviewed’. Total shambles and shameful way to treat students.

"Business Administration" course is a no go, as with what the other reviewer said this is something they need to look at and address. Failures over things that aren't asked of you in the assesments. I Wish I had of done my research before enrolling. Most of this course covers meet and greet. Very little Administration work itself. I had work failed for trivial ridiculous things, most of which were not asked of me in assessments. I'd redo it again and then something different again. I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone.

IT course is very outdated, poorly organized and often filled with dead links. If you can study elsewhere I would recommend you do so. It's unfortunate because the actual course structure is quite appealing. Edited to one star, most useless learning institute I've ever studied with. Genuinely had to "be marked gently" for a final assignment in a third year course, because half the course content/assignment was out of date and straight up incorrect. Great, I've got a good mark but didn't learn a thing!
