β β β β β Service progressively getting worse nationwide. Online pick up doesn't work, phone on a pick up and it doesn't get picked up. Couriers cannot find addresses, parcels taking over 7 working days to get delivered to business addresses. Pretty disappointing, used to be one of the best.

β β β β β Phoned on Thursday morning last week to ask to open a business account, only one person in the branch can do this and she was in a meeting but was told she will call me later that morning to have a chat and sort things.
Monday afternoon the following week and clearly PBT Nelson doesn't need my business as I haven't heard from them to have a chat or to even say that Mishka has been too busy to return my call.
Mark would be so disappointed after all his efforts to build this company up!

β β β β β Opened my tracking link this morning to see status updated to delivered. I've been home all morning, no knocks on my front door. Check at the door - no parcel. Check my letterbox and the courier has stuffed the parcel into the letterbox, on a rainy day, using a fair amount of force. This is plain lazy.

β β β β β Worst courier service ever encountered! Our business back door is always open, this older dude would always leave the goods outside and wouldn't even have the courtesy to give us a knock or call out to notify us when there's clearly ppl working inside. The other younger dude or other courier company would always just put the parcels in through the backdoor, Its only 3 more steps. We had goods stolen previously as they were outside, pbt wouldn't take responsibility as they said it was delivered. All we asked is to put it inside or just yell out to notify us. Calling customer service didn't change anything so we had to tell the older dude personally but he just respond in a rude tone saying his job is just to deliver and its none of his business if its stolen.

Long delivery time, then went to collect our shipment after receiving their call. Staff friendly enough, but the forklift driver carelessly damaged our package as we watched - said nothing about it.
This was acknowledged by the office, who then put it back on us to pursue reimbursement via the supplier.
.. Had to return to depot on realising they'd only given us half of the 2-part shipment.
Finally - Overseen/heard in conversation, our shipment had in fact arrived most of a week earlier at depot, based on the computer records.

β β β β β Worst transport service I'v ever experienced
I'v been working with them with my company for 4 years. The courier service is not bad to date. The transport one in the last 6 months has been a disaster.If you have a business that needs to ship large parcels on a pallet just stay away from them! Lately the quality of the service has collapsed. It takes them 2 to 3 weeks to deliver even a medium sized box. We shipped with them a pallet in early November and they didn't delivered it yet! But of course the billed it and it seems that we cannot even apply for a refund. They are just ridiculous. Stay away, worst transport and customer service I'v experienced in 30y+ of my career.
