The People's Project uses the Housing First approach. Our goal is to end homelessness so that it becomes rare, brief, non-recurring and never a way of life.
About The People's Project

People experiencing homelessness can still phone us in HAMILTON on 0800 437 348 or TAURANGA on 0800 198 010 for advice and support. Gentle reminder that masks are mandatory and social distancing, sanitising, COVID tracer app or recorded visit are required for office visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a landlord and have been working with People's project in Tauranga and they have been amazing. We love supporting what they do and they have been so supportive.
However, Hamilton People's project is the complete opposite - I have found them to be unsupportive since the start of the tenancy. It's a shame - as we are super keen to support them , but we just cant do it any longer - due to the lack of support.
