★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this company in Hamilton. They just don’t care. Agent is not even show up on the viewing day without any notice. Terrible and unprofessional. Totally wasting time.

I will tell you which day it is since the reply looks so rediculous. I booked in two days earlier for the viewing on Friday 9th July 2021, 12:00 PM Hamilton East. I arrived there 10min earier then wait for nearly half an hour still ended up no one from you showing up. If you made mistake you'd better just admit it. Lying and making up a story will not make you look better but obviously showing how unprofessional you are again.
I’ve experienced this company in Wellington before and the staffs there are very professional and friendly. However I would definitely not recommend anyone to choose this company in Hamilton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. They try and take tenants bond money, despite the property being much cleaning than on entry. I would recommend any prospective tenant to run away from any Quinovic run property. All round awful company with no shortage of complaints against them thru out the country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor communication between the landlord and tenants, repairs needed at the house left untill sale of the property and then tried to claim the entire bond claiming we didn't clean well enough even though the house looked better than when I arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have only ever had amazing service from Quinovic. Whenever there have been issues (eg insurance claims, late rent) Mark and the team have dealt with it swiftly and professionally. Great communicators and I have never felt like anything is a problem. Recommend 100%

We got off to a bit of a rocky start as I was not at all happy with the Property Manager initially allocated to my account. However we were soon able to sort through this issue, and since then I have been delighted with the service I have received from Mark, Katie and the rest of the team at Quinovic. They've been great at getting everything done, along with clear and swift communication. All in all its been a positive experience and I would recommend to others.

My first initial contact with them was from when I was relocating from a different town so meeting them was tricky mid covid. The went went over and above to try help meeting me when others wouldn’t even give me the time of day,
Right from day 1 Emma was incredible Friendly helpful and very approachable to Katie and Jamie who come visit me for property inspections, they are always on the ball with any small problems I may have with the property to Mark who is amazing while trying to sort out a excess moisture issue.
They have all been incredible and I’m so grateful to finally deal with an agent who actually care about their tenants
As for the 1 star ratings, I am actually really disappointed you have taken the time to come on here and try discourage people from using this rental agency because you have told half a story! If your gonna leave a review at least leave the full story with it ?
Keep up the awesome work team you are all really incredible and tenants are lucky to have you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has used Mark and his team at Quinovic to manage our four Hamilton rental properties since 2015. Quinovic are great communicators and they have provided a very professional service and advice over the years. Their choice of tenants has been excellent and we have experienced very few problems. If a tenant or property issue does arise it has always been swiftly resolved by our property manager Katie who has been superb. Mark and his team at Hamilton Quinovic have taken the hassle out of being a residential rental property owner and I can highly recommend them.
