★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, I have a 6 month old puppy who's still in "manners" training but the young lady who helped me with harnesses and other stuff was truly the epitome of customer service!! I also loved the previous groomer (haven't used service again) as she could groom my Guinea pig and was great to talk to for advice. Keep up the good work Upper Hutt Pet Centre ?

I was greeted ok, but it was extremely obvious that the girl serving me wasn't interested in helping me, she got impatient and I'm pretty sure she just grabbed the most expensive flea treatment in the end. I should have gone to the Natural Pet Shop.
