★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still no operating escalators. Really strange layout, shops spread out all over the place up and downstairs. No mothers room or changing table upstairs for a screaming baby in need. Bring back the old mall I say, those were the days, why change it there was nothing wrong with it. It's never been the same. Angry looking security guard always walking around not making anyone feel welcome either dosent help. Also needs more parking available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best mall in the Hutt Valley. Heaps of shops and a good food court. Really good toilets and a separate room for babies/kids. Some of the service at a few of the shops is sub standard though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was about 10am when I got to the mall. The entrance is differcult to find from the under building parking. Once in, the place seemed abandoned with few shops open, and about the only noise was that of the coffee spots clinking cups and plates. Tried looking for a locator map, nope. Looking for The Warehouse, found on the second floor. They didn't have the product I was wanting, even though online it showed it was available from this store. I got an alternative, and using a trolley I had trouble finding my way back downstairs, luckily found a small lift by chance, and my way back out to my truck.
Overall not a very inviting place, and as there's no outside view it's easy to loose your sense of direction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in all the shops are awesome they all get a 5! But the mall owner gets a 1 for not keeping up with the building code escalater broken for over 2 years, charging customer parking when upperhutt has free parking everywhere, now effecting customers coming into mall,
