All instructors have internationally recognised certification, through Polestar Pilates.
About The Pilates Practice
The Pilates Practice in Hastings is a boutique Pilates studio in Hastings. A fully equipped Pilates studio, where we have the ability to move clients on all of the Pilates apparatus. We offer intimate Reformer classes, Studio classes and specialise in private training. All of our instructors are Polestar Pilates trained, the gold standard in Pilates training internationally.
