★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before starting Rise Enpointe Pilates, I had previously been concentrating on HIIT classes. 2 years later, I can't live without it. Abby's instruction is in depth - to the point where you can rely on it without actually needing to look at her positioning. Her workouts are varied, and cater for all skills levels with both regressions and progressions. I have gained strength and a range of motion which helps with various niggles, and perfectly complements other workouts.
I love how Abby outlines the focus areas so you know exactly what is supposed to be burning (or not!) as this could be confusing given most movements work several areas at a time.
I highly recommend giving Rise Enpointe Pilates a try. So easy - you can do it in your own time, live with Abby - or both!
