It's the best backpacker/shared room I had on my 2 years of travel in NZ.
Staff is really nice and price verry afordable !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 6 of us had a different dish each and all loved the flavors and size of the portions. My.partner is a Seafood Chowder conisseur and says his was the best he had ever tasted. Compliments 2 the Chef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big shout out to the bar staff! Had great chats and they had great advice of where to go in Nelson. Good food at the bar as well. Good shared 6 bedroom rooms, only downside is that there is no AC so in summer it can get a touch hot however you can leave the bathroom window and door open to ventilate the room a bit.

The ribs were tasty, tender, plentiful and succulent!!We wouldn't hesitate to return to try more of the Prince Albert's menu. Thanks guys, we can't recommend you highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are great, they went above and beyond to accommodate my late arrival. The location is very handy to the CBD and surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Good price. Bunk bed was actually very comfortable.
The only thing I didn't like was how tiny the bathroom was. Otherwise it was fantastic.
