★ ★ ★ ★ ★ such a bad experience, they made an error, tried to correct the error over the phone to make sure we are on the same page, talked to one of the lady there trying to explain whats going on but was super rude, refuse to listen to the issue to fix it, just want to talk over you rather than hearing the situation out, super arrogant. told me to go find some one else

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very unpleasant experience with your firm. I made a phone call to your office in relations to the property conveyance. Susan answered the call and asked me some personal questions.
The questions were:
How did you and your mum get the money from??
Did you have a proof your mum loan you money?
I felt very weird and did not understand why she asked me the questions for? So I asked why did she need to know? she said it was for the Company Record Only . I said to her "the bank knew the reason and has given the approval of lending to me, You could check from the bank if you needed some more information about me." Susan was unhappy my answer and hung up the phone.
I was so surprised her unprofessional attitude. I didn't think she would do that to me if I were cacusion. Hope your firm understand I haven't used your services before so I have to be caution to answer some irrelative questions on the phone.
By the way, I used other conveying lawyer after she hung up my call impolitely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant! We had fantastic communication over a number of weeks. We were prodded along nicely in the process, and all documentation was well-organised. At the 11th hour the other lawyer started playing hardball, and Susan was able to articulate the letter of the law extremely well and our requests were met. Would never use anyone else :-) thanks so much!

The vendor proved a little challenging, ( as they can) Susan dealt with that and she nailed the settlement efficiently and at all times keep us in the loop. Highly recommend.!!!!!!!! We will be back !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most unprofessional conveyancing service I have ever used. Definition of overpromising and underdelivering.
We engaged Kelley's service and it was made clear by myself and my father (the client) from the getgo I will be acting as his representative. We advised we would be able to provide power of attorney if necessary. The engagement of her services were all done by me. Yet as soon as this contract was signed, at each and every stage since she has refused to deal with me directly and insisted on making things difficult by asking my father to respond instead. This was extremely inconvenient and frustrating for us as we have requested I be the representative for a number of reasons including language barrier and previous property purchasing and selling experiences.
If you're a new customer and selecting this agency based on competitive pricing then I'd strongly suggest you turn away. This cheaper pricing unfortunately translate to cheaper services where you will find yourself chasing a reply time and time again. To the point where I felt uncomfortable emailing my own conveyancer queries and opt to research them myself instead. The replies were so slow I wondered at times whether Kelley was still employed. Responses from Kelley eventually only seem to happen when the main office was copied in my emails.
Very unhappy with my experience which is unfortunate as my realestate agent recommended them. I'll be sure to pass him my feedback to hopefully save others some time, energy and headache.
