★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What an amazing place to take the kids!!!! We have been there for breakfast before and HIGHLT recommend the eggs bene, but this time we took the kids and the staff were beyond fantastic. Was very cool to go through the old plane and experience a piece of history. If i could rate it more than 5 stars I would, a definate 10/10.

The food, especially pizza, is my favorite. Eggs Benedict for breakfast and great coffee.
Very friendly staff and owners are hands on.
Seating is either inside or outside with places to hide out of the sun (or rain).
Sometimes they have food trucks come which is great for getting something different and unique.
If you a tourist you must check out the plane and history of it. If you into UFO Alien stuff this is the plane the filmed them over the Kaikoura Coast
Go sit ... relax ... eat ... drink ... and enjoy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at The Runway Cafe, absolutely a must to visit even in Blenheim. The food was amazing and I had a Berry Soothie and it is the nicest one I have ever tried. The steak sandwich was mouth watering, absolutely delicious food. A great selection to choose from. This place is a must to visit and the staff were so friendly and helpful and very kind. Thank you for the experience we had, out of this world

Had the eggs bene which was also delicious and beautifully presented. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. I went with a friend and sat outside and we had a great time. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is something quite special, with the big old AW 660 Argosy aircraft parked in the grounds. Better still you can go aboard the plane and have a look around after you have enjoyed the great food and especially friendly staff. Reading this back, it sounds like an add, never mind, give the place a try and you will find it is all true. Ask the owners about the simulated flights around the world, sounds like good fun.
