★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cant thank you enough. Really well organised, professional business. So thank you Darren for organizing everything, even with a couple of changes that we made and the last minute staff shortages at your end, you pulled through to make sure our plans went to plan. Daniel came to pack for us, the day before we moved, what a gem, lovely to have a around and like a whirl wind, he was faster than the eye, he had everything boxed for us in the exact allocated time. Then the following day both Allen and Key showed up and you can tell they have done this a million times, doing the hard yards and heavy lifting. Troopers.
They knew the exact time frames as well, and had us moved in, quick smart with well organised trolley loads.
The stress you took off our family, while we moved one of our loved ones from his home to a Retirement Village was huge, words cant convey. 200% recommend. This is a trustworthy team. Would use again.

Communication was tops from initial enquiry to when guys finished the move - everything was exactly as promised including arriving at 0800hrs.
All Smooth Mover staff were a credit to the company acting in a highly professional manner throughout

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used The Smooth Mover five years ago and we consider ourselves very fortunate to be able to have used them again. All their staff are very friendly and made our move from the North Shore to near Tauranga, stress-free. They negotiated our very difficult driveway and had all our furniture loaded onto the truck with ease. The unload was just as straightforward and completed in a timely manner with no issues. I would thoroughly recommend their services and given the opportunity would have no hesitation in using them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Smooth Movers a month ago, the office lady that took our booking and sent through all paper work was very friendly and efficient. A week before our move she contacted us again to confirm all arrangements. The truck and movers turned up on time, they where very careful with all furniture and box's, at our New home everything was unloaded carefully and placed where we required. They put legs and headboards on the beds and even installed our washing machine. Nothing was broken or chipped Highly recommend, if ever moving again we would definitely be using them again.

Smooth Movers were flexible when the place I was moving into flooded at the very last moment, and absolutely fabulous with timings - They were punctual and efficient - The driver made some very skilled manoeuvres. They used a huge truck with no need for extra trips. The movers were friendly and professional - keeping in touch with me every step of the way. I want all of my future moves to be through Smooth Movers and can't recommend them highly enough!
The only reason I have such a delay in posting this review (they helped me in Dec 2019 and July 2020) is because my sister just used a removal service and they did not compare. They didn't rate a 1 in my book. It just helped me remember how wonderful Smooth Movers are... and miss their fabulous service more as a result.
