★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used Transworld International to ship my things to Europe. I mainly dealt with Dave to set everything up. He was friendly, helpful and responsive and presented me with all the options I had. Everything was set up quickly and efficiently. Russel, who was the person responsible for packing and picking everything up, contacted me the day before the arranged pick up to walk me through the process as it all happened under lockdown conditions. On the day, Russel was punctual, extremely professional and efficient. He even set a towel down so he wouldn't bring mud in the house as it was raining and he was going back and forth to the truck. He took very good care of all my things and before I knew it, it was all packed and out! I would 100% recommend Transworld.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looking at all the great reviews I really wish I could give the same result, but I'm sad to say i cannot. From day one back in January 22 the collecting agent was terrible not careful at all with my belongings, I have chased Dave McIver for information with one response back in February I had to ask my son who lives in NZ to contact Dave and try to find out when my belongings will be leaving NZ to UK. I am still waiting for a response via email from this company IT IS NOW MAY, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE INFORMATION

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a general enquiry regarding sending personal effects to England, through the internet. Transworld were the only company to respond, and very quickly on 4 October 2021. The response was comprehensive, and the quotation extremely competitive compared with NZ Post and airfreight options we had investigated separately. From that date until January 2022, David McIvor has guided us with extreme patience, professionalism and good humour though the packing, insurance, inventory, and goods valuation requirements of NZ and Her Majesties Customs, which is all very daunting for first timers such as ourselves.
David advised us on safe packaging practices and duly despatched two very capable young men to check our items, prepare the final paperwork and load same into the Transworld vehicle. David has kept us informed regarding the worldwide situation with freight deliveries and, as our consignment is small, how that will be handled in the shipping system of large containers. We look forward to the day when we receive a phone call from David to confirm delivery! We highly recommend Transworld given our experience to date, all the "boxes" are ticked as above regarding "good value", professional" and "responsive", and if all their operatives are in the David McIvor mould, you also will have a very pleasant experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We couldn't fault Transworld removals at all .From the beginning when Steve Crowley came to give a quote to lift up of our household goods by Jade and Jason ,great guys treated our goods with great care packed all with care. it was very smooth ,informative ,and Steve kept us in the loop about sea freight charges etc nothing was a problem all questions answers .Thanks for your patience Steve ,I know I asked a lot of them ?.we would highly recommend Transworld removals to anyone.We moved from Christchurch on 20 /4 /22 flight is on 26 . Transworld removals took all the pressure off .Thanks again Great company to do business with and great quote very reasonable .Not like a few I could mention but I won't .well done great service you should be proud .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was greatly impressed by the services provided by Transworld International Removals in helping us move permanently from Auckland to London. The service was fast and efficient from the point of providing highly competitive quotes for the removal, keeping to timelines, packing of good and the invoicing/payments process. The branch manager Melissa, was easy to contact and kept us briefed at every step of the process. Full marks for effective communication. The staff that came to pack and transport our goods were fast, efficient, highly courteous and well-informed. We have been given estimated dates for the arrival on the goods in the UK, which coincides with our own arrival dates in the UK. I would highly recommend the company, especially for long distance overseas moves.
Just to add, we were kept fully informed of the shipping arrangements and the arrival of the shipment in the UK. The delivery agency in the UK (Britannia) was equally professional, courteous and helpful in making arrangements for delivery as well as prompt and efficient on the actual day of delivery.
I have nothing but praise for Transworld and the services it offers.

Looked at a list of international movers and Transworld was the only company eager to transact business with me even though my consignment was small. From the word go, to delivery in Australia the service was seamless. Deborah from admin. and the two packers in nz where professional and top of the class. Natalie and the two delivery men in Australia repeated and rendered world class service. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to a change in our circumstance we did not end up using Transworld for our international move, but I wanted to make sure I left a positive review about our exceptional customer experience during the quote process :) From getting a rough ballpark quote, to a house survey, the staff (Deborah and Sue) were so friendly, helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to work with us to explore different scenarios, were upfront and honest when explaining the changing shipping costs, and they even gave us tips for our arrival/customs. We would definitely recommend them to others!
