★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is shaping up to be a very nice place to retire. Villas have high pitched ceilings making them seem spacious. It is still under construction with several people having shifted in already. Silverstream in Kaiapoi a very pleasant place to live with walks around the river. Transport, and shops close by. Very peaceful area.
