I continually rang to organise another mtg but he really was rude by his response.
Absolutely unreliable and making too much money I think. As for customer care someone else has written testimonials. Be warned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family car boot struts had failed with high use and age. Rang Anthony at the Gas Strut Man first thing Saturday to see if we could be sorted by Christmas. Better than that, Anthony replaced the failed struts on our Citroen the same day (today). Then when he had completed the job he bought me a Coffee from the coffee roasters next door as a Christmas goodwill. Top bloke - Recommend to all who like good reliable friendly service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned Anthony in the morning and arranged a meeting place in the city to repair or replace gas struts on a Subaru Outback. By lunchtime Anthony had re-gassed one strut and replaced the other. Am very happy with the result. Excellent product knowledge • Excellent service • Excellent value

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Anthony and required my van rear door gas struts replaced. I wanted them done before the weekend as I was going away in the van ( camper ) . Anthony came out and realised he did not have the correct strut . My van was a hiace jumbo, not the normal Sized hiace. Anthony apologised for the inconvenience, came back early on the next day and completed the job. Because of the inconvenience he gave me a discount on the cost of the strut, and no additional charge for the extra call out run he had to make. I got away for the weekend with the van all fixed in time. Excellent service and communication throughout. Strongly recommend, he is customer focused.
