I phoned 3 weeks ago asking about a fog lamp and i get told that they need the part number but due to the damage on the lamp the part number was unreadable, so i gave them the make, model, rego number and chassis number etc in which they should have been able to work out what part was needed from that but just get told they can't help me. If places like Repco and Supercheap Auto know all your cars details just from the registration number then why can't this company do the same.
