★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guys at Pak & Send helped me out on two separate occasions with sending stuff back to the UK. They did their best to make it as cheap as possible, and explained all the options to me in detail. They also had good follow-up care, sending me the documentation links required to apply for customs charge rebates etc. Would recommend these guys for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shane went above and beyond to try and help me out. I have a broken leg and was unable to make it in to the pack & send office to try and arrange a shipment, Shane came to my house to pick it up and was super friendly through all of our interactions. 10/10 and will recommend to others.

He requested for a special pick up of our stuff and to be stored temporarily there until we arrive. He made sure that the courier will deliver our stuff on the day we agreed on. Top service and Shane is the key to all these.
