★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone down the tube. Went there 2 month ago. It was so busy. We ordered two loads of bento. Waited almost an hour as it's so busy. They served people who dine in and then those ordered Donburi or smaller meals first. As my sister came 30 mins after me, she ordered 2 Donburi, she got the food before me. They said bento is big order, so need more time to prepare. They don't do first in first serve. They do small orders first. So don't order bento if they are busy. I haven't gone back since. I also think they have changed owner couple years ago, their food isn't as great as it used to be. Always burnt or dry katsu chicken. I have been going to the opposite bento place nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious sushi! We had them make platters before our wedding for the bridal and grooms party and we got so much food for a very reasonable price. Our favourite is the prawn and avo sushi, so yum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was alright but the food was in satisfactory. I bought the chicken sauce katsu. It had unreasonable amount of sauce it which made the salad soggy and gross. The chicken was burnt. The menu says comes with fruits, but I didn’t have anything in the bowl that fit the description of fruit ??♀️. Don’t recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this little gem hidden right after the big royal oak roundabout. We were craving some Japanese food and came across this place.
Customer service is welcoming and friendly. You get a free miso soup if you follow them on Instagram. I’m not sure how long that promo will last. But it’s a great complimentary to your big meals.
We had the katsu chicken curry and the karaage chicken udon. It was delicious and was so filling. Enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken from the donburi was a little dry and katsu chicken from the bento box a bit too oily. Overall was okay tasting, nothing special. Sushi and takoyaki were awesome though. The sides definitely tasted better than the mains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a small restaurant but the food was amazing! I ordered Teriyaki Salmon Bento, it’s freshly cooked and the flavor was great! Every time I passed it, seeing lots of people are in the queue to pick up or waiting for the order. Obviously, it’s quite popular.Finally I got the chance to try. Thanks for letting me have a very pleasant dinner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best tasting sushi around Royal Oak. We often get their sushi platter and it's always a treat. Always fresh and delicious, presented well so great for parties. You can order and pick up, plenty of parking close by. Friendly staff and always on time. Highly recommended.
