★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This accountant (Kaye) has been extremely difficult to communicate with even though I have lived around the corner from her for a year whilst using her services, she then was very unprofessional and said she would not do my accounts because I asked why they were not completely done by the week before they were due.... still have had trouble getting her to send my new accountant last years records. She has been paid for work she didn't even do and still refuses to send on the work to the people who need it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the Chop Shop Roslyn Review below, Kaye is extremely difficult to communicate with. She failed to respond to any of my messages or emails for over 5 months.
The nail in the coffin however was that when she finally filed my business tax return, she modified my wife's IRD refund bank account and redirected the refund to her own bank account.
Steer clear is my recommendation.
