★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The men who served me each visit were disinterested in saying anything to me about the DeWalt chainsaw or weed eater, no instructions or demonstrations of use and maintenance. I wasn't told about the redemption of a torch and there was nothing at all on receipt. I could have purchased things to go with each such as a spare chain and bar and chain oil, but they seemed to want me to pay for items and leave. At Bunnings, Mitre 10 Mega and other stores I receive way better service as a woman looking at or purchasing power tools and accessories for myself
