Sharnil went beyond today! The workshop don't operate on Saturdays and yet he grinded off the broken jockey wheel and rebolted a new oner to the trailer. Thank you Sharnil!

Took my trailer there for a service, 2 weeks later the breaks fall off. Rang up, the guy said he’s never worked on my trailer. Sent him the invoice. Then proceeded to tell me he’s too busy & I need to take it somewhere else. Hard to fully complain about the service when there is none.

The reviews from this shop are it,s the opposite. I,ll write down my examples. On December 15,2021, I went to this shop with my trailer. Because I needed a wof, so I went to get ready. I couldn't make a reservation, so I asked him to make a reservation and come next year. I left the boat as scheduled and went to the shop will only a trailer. It,s not easy to find someone to take care of my boat. When I went on 18th January, Chris, the boss, brought a hammer, looked here and there, and beat it, and said he couldn't fix it all today. I,m leaving the trailer, what should I do with my boat? I said I couldn't because of the boat,so I told him to bring it with him on next Monday. When I took it with the boat on Monday, there was no Chris,and an engineer named sharnil Could change the trailer lights today if I bought two of both at the shop now, if you buy one from somewhere else. You have to come back tomorrow. In the meantime, two trailer lights are provided to quote, with a total of $423.78, $225.40 for labor two hours and $198.38 for product costs. And he Don,t know wheel quote, because wheel quote know after finishing work. I,m from millwater, and if I buy something from the shop now, they,ll do it for me today, or they,ll tell me to come again tomorrow, bring a 7M boat and come again tomorrow? I went to third time trailer shop, but I don't get opportunity for repair my trailer. And too much expensive quote. I chose a different way. I called the mobile service by accident engineer my self. First, the exchange of two lights ended at $115.00 for the product cost(buy repco) and $95.00 for one hour of labor. Total $210.00! Second, wheel,s bolts and nuts were also rusty and could not be removed, so he was cut off with a grinder, removed, and insert into a new one. 4 wheels total cost was $175.00 for products, $285.00 for labor of 3 hours. $460.00 all done! If I had asked this shop to do this, I can,t imagine how much it would have cost, including labor and products. Because when Chris saw my trailer, he said he had to change two wheel frames into new ones and said he could do it for $1,500.00 per piece. But I beat it with a mink to remove rust and fini it with painting, because it only cost $48.00. It is paint cost. DO THEY WORK FOR ME(CUSTOMER)IN BACKLIBHT ,WHEEL, WHEEL FRAME? ARE THEY ONLY TRYING TO EXPAND THEIR BUSINESS? DO YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS?? I,M SUSPICIOUS OF THE COMPLIMENTS IN THE OTHER REVIEWS. I THINK THEY POSTED A WRONG REVIEWS OR I WAS DISCRIMINATED AGAINST. I WANT TO GET A CLEAR AND HONEST ESTIMATE AND REPAIR. thanks.

Great experience with Sharnil , Chris and team. Very professional , prompt service and always go the extra mile to help out with any of my trailer requirements. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for trusted advice & outstanding service!

Awesome experience. My Boat Trailer caught fire due to a faulty bearing when heading away on holiday yesterday on the motorway. Sharnil the Manager of the Trailer shop Ellice Road, Glenfield has been awesome he has gone the extra mile to fix it for us so we can head away today , (New Years Eve). A life saver. I wont be going anywhere else from now on to have my trailer serviced. Thank you

Received excellent service today from multiple people. Originally came in for some new wheels and tires. Was offered a couple different options. Then had to come back with my trailer as couldn't get a wheel off. The team helped me get the wheel swapped over and found one of my hubs was an odd size. Gave me a few options, one of which was to leave as is. Thanks for the help today!

The team at the trailer shop were really friendly and professional with my trailer needs. Quick turnaround and amazing job by the very knowledgeable Shaneel who went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements and time frame.
