★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bikes are so easy to use and make getting around the island a breeze, communication was excellent, the bikes were waiting for us when we arrived at the island and they were there for us when we got back to leave. My friend got lost on the way back and they were very helpful to find her before the ferry left without us! So grateful, will definitely go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A last minute decision to hire E-bikes while waiting for the ferry on a windy Friday morning turned out to be a great decision after having our lunch booking at Casita Miro cancelled due to COVID. The bikes were a fantastic and fun way for my sister and I to explore the island in the limited time, and the wind did not slow us down.
We were provided with everything we needed including a pannier bag and a map with a recommended route.
It was my first time on an E-bike and I am now hooked.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our bike rentals were FANTASTIC! Our hosts were amazing - picked us up at the ferry and took us to the rental and fitted us to our bikes and gave a great lesson before sending us on our way!! The bikes were amazing!! Thank you for the excellent adventure!

Before embarking on our trip, the team were even kind enough to accomodate a date switch, so thumbs up for being so flexible!
Katya met us at the ferry terminal and gave us a quick and friendly run-down of the bikes and how to use them properly. I've used E-bikes before, but I learnt something new!
Bikes are of good spec and will easily get you around Waiheke with no issues. Uphill roads were no issue with these bikes.
We were also able to leave our bikes in Oneroa town and text Katya where to pick them up. This was great, as it gave us a bit more time to enjoy a drink and dinner, before we caught our ferry back to the mainland!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience, very professional service, clear communication, briefly detailed “lesson”, A1 bikes and definitely something we’ll be doing again. The views you get to see around Waiheke are priceless especially when you’re biking around, not hard to do at all when on E-Bikes (butt hurts later as with all bikes). Came at 12 and we got to spend 6 hours biking-beautiful day & bikes still had 1-2 bars left!
