β β β β β A wonderful experience renting and riding. This is a small business and hope everyone reading would support a small business as opposed to corporate powerhouse.
The bikes were in fantastic mechanical condition!
A map with routs to take was very beneficial and fantastic views were enjoyed.
Cars and busses allowed plenty of space while passing.
Make this you place for bike rental, you wonβt be disappointed!

β β β β β We rented 2 bikes, at first there was no issue. And then staff decided to swap one of our bikes before closing the booth as they only work until midday that day. The bike given to us has a faulty gear where the chain kept slipping off the gear. Very dangerous to ride on especially narrow and sloppy roads. FInally decided to push our bikes for the rest of the day. Bad experience.

β β β β β Lovely staff, used the power assisted mountain bikes that helped us up the hills but still got a good day of exercise in! We were shown the best tracks to take and places to go and had a blast. Great price cheaper than competitors nearby for unlimited hire until 6pm. One thing to note is this is a business independent from tourist packages- it often gets confused with the ones that operate with Fuller. Overall myself and partner would 100% recommend!

β β β β β Excellent bikes, great tips for our journey . Hired 5 avanti Mountain bikes . All in great shape. We received excellent suggestions where to go and what scenic routes are.
As an add-on we visited Goldie and cable bay winery, the former with a nice wine tasting and cheese combo, the latter with an awesome view over the sea all the way to Auckland .

β β β β β I rented an ebike today for a cruisy ride around Waiheke with some friends. Sanch was fabulous to deal with, she was fun, friendly, and competent - a real gem. The bike performed great and I had such an awesome day. Photo evidence attached. Thanks Sanch and Waiheke Bike hire! :-)

β β β β β Awesome experience! Friendly and welcoming staff, she gladly helped me to planning my route, with nice offerings. You have to be fit for the hilly routes (if not, rent an e-bike), but definitely one of the best bike experiences ever!
