★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a hot butter cuttlefish and the potion was really small and does not taste like hot butter at all. I’m really disappointed because I always order sri lankan food from you guys and I’ve tried your hot butter cuttlefish dish before and that’s very different to what I had today. And for the price the portion is not worth this time. Also it would have been nice if you responded to me regarding this when I personally sent a message. But so far no reply and was ignored.. didn’t expect this from you guys as we always saw you as very welcoming and concerned about customer satisfaction.
My 2nd review, bought 2 small fruit salad containers and paid $21 but very disappointed with the portion again. It used to be $7 each and better portion than this!! Not very happy guys.. I used to recommend this place to all my friends but I guess things have changed now..

Tried their Devilled chicken ?, chicken curry ?, chicken kottu roti, lamb curry, fish curry, crab ?, chicken and fish Lamprais (includes rices with spices, chicken, cutlet, egg), white string hopper (idiappam), caramel custard ?!! Delicious food ? and great service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Walawwa twice so far, our new favorite eatery in Panmure so far. Staff is very friendly which is a big plus. Heaps of options to try. Chicken curry with a couple of vegetable preparation on the side is a must try... love the heat in their curry. String hoppers with curry was also pretty good. Loved their Lumpraice (hope I spelt it right). Massive portion size for someone with average appetite so that's a plus. Good pricing and good quantity as well. Can't wait to visit again.
Edit 1: Deviled chicken fried rice is out of the world amazing. It has a Chinese influence on it (stir fry veggies in sauce with fried rice) but the chicken preparation is unique. The chicken leg was on the drier side and I'm not complaining as it went well texture-wise. It's my new favorite now.
Edit 2: Kottu roti with roast chicken is mind blowing. And when they spicy, they mean it...at least my Indian taste buds found it real hot and in a good way. Love it.
