★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been through your store on most of my visits to Queenstown. Always a great experience. This time the staff bent over backwards to help. A shirt my girlfriend decided not to buy was sent to her in Auckland after I rang the store. Thanks heaps for making it so easy.

The service is great and the ladies give excellent fashion advice and will go out of their way to find items that will work for you. Every time I come to Queenstown I make sure that I stop by. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived to overhear the shopkeeper complaining over receiving an estate load of clothing, calling it Frumpy and more, stating that it should have gone to the Sally's. Perhaps it should have with the way the staff talked about it, at least it would have been appreciated there. My first and last experience with this establishment, as it was very generous for someone to donate a loved ones clothes, only to have that said behind their backs. It was not my donation or related to me in any way I just thought it was appaling this was said within customer earshot.
Prices are very steep for what they are, 30$ for a pint covered dress from Glassons as one example. If you are a fan of second hand shopping like me, I would give this place a pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cool little shop, beautiful pre loved clothing in excellent condition. You can find some really high end stuff in here for very reasonable prices. The staff are amazing, explaining the sizes, offering assistance and having friendly chit chat. I've bought some fantastic pieces from here and its definately my go too when I need an outfit.

I have always been a big FAN !
I work in town and look forward to having a good mooch in The Wardrobe on my lunch breaks .
It's a style sanctuary and a treasure trove of gems.
Not just the clothing but the staff also . Helen was a hard act to follow , but Kat and Annie have always maintained the high standards and excell at creating the most stylish window displays in QT ! ! !
After this last Level 4 Lockdown it was such a pleasure to receive their warm welcome back and share with the other glad customers "our normal" playful banter over the latest exciting arrivals, super cool fabrics and chic accessories to find and add to our own collections . A " Feel Good " buzz indeed !
