★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by today for a light lunch, turned out a big lunch as great portions of wings, and the vegan option was super tasty too. Large selection of beer on tap too. Definitely would eat everything again. Maybe next time not over extend myself on what I order mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the Beech Tree because it was upstairs and in a quite spot up a flight of stairs. The atmosphere is totally chill.
The bartender was really nice. We asked him about getting a paddle of beers. We said we wanted to try a Stout and he said he would add drinks around it. He definitely did a good job there. We really enjoyed the selection.
The food was good too. Not a big fan of the chilli fries but the buffalo wings are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a cool bar tucked down an alleyway between Beech Street and Shotover Street. They advertise wings and craft beer so that's what we had. YUM!! They may also be dog friendly as there was the coolest "woof burger" for dogs on the menu, such a neat idea! Great atmosphere, friendly staff. We'll be back! (Maybe with our dog).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place and selection of tap beers! Dog friendly as well. Blonde worker last night knew a lot about the beers and brewery’s. She helped me pick out a tasting paddle and also had a gluten free beer for my friend. Will definitely be returning !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liked it so much I'm just going to list a bunch of great things: board games, weird and crafty NZ taps, chill vibe, wood stove, good tunes playing like Bowie, and people bringing in their doggos to chill by the fire! There's indoor seating and outdoor seating downstairs. Haha and as a bonus, the "value" having clean toilets too which is honestly a nice bonus at a beer bar given how grungy most are. And, wait, what?! They've got a record player as well with more Bowie and other great vinyls!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After walking past the sign claiming, "best wings in Queenstown" and being very disgruntled by such a claim, I've now sampled their wares twice...and it is 100% warranted and fair. Their wings are perfect. Succulent, moist, flavourful and just the right size portion. I prefer a saucy option, and all their options are boss, but I have also sampled their dry rubs and was not disappointed. Would happily order again.
Add in the deliciously moreish loaded chips, cheese and gravy, the perfectly sweet/salty pickle and you are in for a treat.
The bar itself has a great pub feel to it and the staff a friendly and helpful. Love the board games available.
In short, I love this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy 2nd anniversary today! Great place with great selection of craft beer. Tried their tasting paddle to enjoy the craft beers. Chill place and also a dog friendly bar. Haven't tried the food but they smell good. A nice place to enjoy the night. Friendly staff too.
