★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to replace a damaged item that was my nephews Christmas present that was no longer available in Gisborne or online at the Warehouse. The team here along with the amazing staff at the Tauranga Crossing store had the item sent through for me to pick up really quickly and fix his broken heart. We have one happy little guy now thanks to the staff here and Ocean at Tauranga Crossing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Welcome to jurassic park, a dinosaur just went on a shopping spree...weeee??. Having a store that's very messy & illogically laid out is quite very difficult for the consumer, because we consumers have to rummaged through a lot of things to find what we want. Shop here only because there's no where else to go. A lot of unfashionable clothing, some way pricey for the quality...too many of a bigger size in bulks...come on!!! Don't blame it on covid for the messiness. Why order something that you know are not gonna sell? NO style, NO atmoshpere, NO dignity! Even the plants section...This place is dreary at best. Dark, drab, dirty, messy, leaky & colour blind. You see a store that's just completely tossed...sad cause some of the staff are really polite, where is the manager to delegate staff? Manage please...Ay Ya Ya Ya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad customer service ok,some quality items,some pricey items as well for a wharehouse,had no problems with refunds or swap,parking can get busy during peak times ,located just outside of town close to Noel lemmings others stores which is convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to offer a commendation to Jenny. We recently had a death in the whanau and went to get a certain item to place inside the casket with him. Unfortunately they didn't have what we wanted but Jenny offered an alternative and she did so with so much aroha, what a ataahua human being! Thank you Jenny, you made things so much easier for us and your empathy blew us out of the water. Many thanks again, with love from the Horua whanau of Rangitukia, East Coast.
