And they never pick up the phone. I don't think they know what it is.
Took 20min at checkout because they didn't know what they were doing .

seemed like 1/2 hour for someone to respond to a call from the service desk as we wanted to buy some outdoor furniture. After a second call still no response and the service desk basically ignored us....left the store feeling very disappointed and went to bunnings where everything was sorted for us straight away.

β β β β β Most trashy warehouse, no one will answer the phone calls. Direct my click and collect order to botany instead of ormiston and told me I placed it to botany.
Trash customer service and will just hang up your phone.

β β β β β This warehouse staff has no respect for customers. Everytime i went there never saw any staff on counter. So decided to self check but as soon as I reached to self check, quickly one of staff appeared and tried to keeping an eye on me, walked around me and took my trolly without even asking me. They let me feel like I am shoplifter. Very bad shopping experience.

β β β β β The store and the staff is nice, but there is something I would like to bring into the attention of IT team or senior level. Quite often products are shown available in stock when checked online but not found when customers pop in to purchase. This is quite misleading and a complete waste of time and travel for people when they are in a rush. Sadly, this is not the first time we are experiencing this from various warehouse stores. Hope the authorities will look into it and proper action will be taken to resolve this.
