β β β β β I visited the Wild Rose today as I had heard it was a really neat wee shop - I have to say I was very disappointed in the customer service when I entered the store, or lack of customer service I should say. I had been in the store for a very long time before I was even acknowledged, with several staff members looking at me & walking past me multiple times, when I finally got some assistance the staff member was very cold & when I politely declined one of the bouquets they had available (and said thank you) the staff member said nothing in response and walked away. βNo problem, have a great dayβ would have sufficed. Massive potential in that gorgeous wee store but all staff need to up the customer service game majorly! Unfortunately I wonβt be returning to this store again after todays experience!

First time dealing with them..and I swear it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. From communications via emails, delivery process, right to when it was delivered. It made the whole eperience smooth and fast. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I promise you, they're awesome??
