The floor looks amazing, and the lovely installer even helped me dismantle a bed frame I had been struggling with. Their flooring is top quality and I cant recommend them highly enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Wooden Floor company installed wooden floors in my apartment (3 floors including all the stairs) in June 2020. I would highly recommend them. The product they sell looks spectacular, it's hardwearing and easy to look after.
The person who installed my floor did a great job. This was confirmed for me when a builder friend who is very fussy visited me; he was very impressed with the installation.
Some tradies came in straight after the floors were installed and left some scratches and dents with their tools. No problem, the Wooden Floor company guys came back and repaired the floor at no extra charge. Really impressive.
My only negative experience was a woman in the office who was not helpful, she gave me the wrong information and then got very defensive when I gave her this feedback. But don’t let her put you off, everyone else I dealt with at Wooden Floor company was super-helpful and professional.

Premium product and premium service is what owners Erin and Jon are all about and backed up with excellent installation services, what more could you ask for. Thoroughly recommend them and have referred friends and family to them.

The installers were tidy, efficient and even helped with another small job. Their product is well priced and looks great, we would definitely use them again. Thanks guys.

Each individual was very pleasant to have in our home during the preparation and installation of the floor, and each person communicated openly and completed the installation skillfully within an orderly and prompt timeframe
They also ensured they left behind as little mess as possible
