We have had 3 other reputable carpet company’s through this house . From visiting the showroom to having the quote done Carpet Country we’re very honest, through & picked up something that all 3 other companies had not. They are very well priced with a range of quality carpets & do not have all these extra charges of carpet transport travel costs ect . There quotes are all broken down
Again very very experienced people ..

Bruce & Christine go over and above to help us with ideas and suggestions about the best product to use etc for our owners for the properties that we manage.
They are also very prompt to fit our jobs in to work in with our tenants or between tenancies so very little in downtime for rent for the owners.
My family & I always use for our many investment properties as we believe they are the best Carpet Company in Auckland.

Christine gave me the perfect advice on an alternative carpet when finances meant I had to rethink my plans. The carpet layers were friendly, cheerful, professional and very efficient. Love my carpet, love the service thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across Carpet Country through a radio ad a few weeks ago and called into their shop in Mt Roskill to be greeted by Bruce. I explained that I had never purchased or replaced a carpet and that I was utterly confused by all the options provided by other companies.
Bruce was super friendly, very patient and explained in simple terms what the options were and why and made it very easy for me to decide on the spot the type of carpet that seems right for me.
From there an appointment was made for a person to call into my house and measure it out. Again, this was done on time, with a phone call ahead to check that the time was still suitable. Steve was very knowledgeable, being in the industry for many years just like Bruce, and made me feel at ease with my decision. He answered all my questions and within a couple of hours after he left, I had my quote with the full breakdown of costs involved.
The new carpet was laid last Friday by a very efficient work crew of 3 in no time at all and of very high standard. The lads were very polite, on time and again, checking in with me regularly to explain the next steps.
Not only was Carpet Country offering a very competitive price on New Zealand carpet but their great staff, service & communication all round was a 10 out of 10. I highly recommend them!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce and his team supplied and laid the carpets in my new home and to say I am impressed is an understatement - the quality is very good with the fitting also being as high quality. Everyone who comes into my home comments on the carpet as it looks great and feels really nice to walk on.
As you will see from the images - it was by no means and easy job!
