They’ve been nothing but courteous and flexible with our own movements, especially in these uncertain (COVID) times.
I know I’ll be returning when I’m next in the region!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We viewed Tipapa and honestly fell in love with the place. They gave us a quote for the range of dates we gave them with a deadline of when they would expire. We responded after some time as we have a lot of factors (COVID being a huge one with my family in the UK) but way before the deadline we decided we were ready to book! But suddenly now there are more fees for when we want the wedding and denial that we had ever told them the dates we wanted. It's been an incredibly disappointing experience and I hope they can be more upfront in the future so no one else has to go through this. Perhaps just admitting they had made a mistake and cannot supply the orinigal price would have made this experience a little less heartbreaking, instead we've been met with hostility and made to feel unreasonable.
