β β β β β This guy is a great operator, knows his stuff and gives great service. I have an old spa, didnt know what kind, I given the measurements and a couple of photos. He knew exactlty what it was and what i needed. Once I knew the make and model I couldnt fine a cheaper cover online. Was very responsive and professional services. I am happy to give the highest recomendation and support local busniess. Keep up the good work, I am a very happy customer.

β β β β β I was really impressed by Euan - The Cover Guy. I needed a new spa cover fast. Euan was very fast to respond to my email, provide a quote and said he could make the cover in 3 days. Other businesses said they could do it in 10 days and up to 2 weeks. I was a little nervous about ordering through Euan as The Cover Guy wasn't a known name or local business (I live in Hamilton). But I made the order and was totally impressed. I just want to say thank you so much for your very fast response to my inquiry about getting a new spa cover, Euan, and then your amazingly fast production and delivery of the cover. β β β β β Always a little weary ordering on line but Euan was a pleasure to deal with, informative and very product knowledgable. Two weeks from ordering spa cover is on, an absolutely perfect fit and looks amazing. Suffice to say a very satisfied customer ... I should add my cover was about $400 cheaper than buying through a manufacturer. Highly recommend the Cover Guy.

β β β β β Just had outdoor mesh blinds installed around my deck. Pleased with the quality of the product. The installation, And the quote to do the job was the best I could find around. β β β β β Great company to deal with!Euan made the cover exactly how I asked for and Works perfectly with this inflatable spa. It sits on a solid 120mm floor with foam base to fix the lockable straps, holds its heat better which means lower running costs ,highly recommend these guys.

Communication was via email and he was prompt with any questions and concerns.
Highly recommend to any one that needs a spa cover!
Like others have stated, I was apprehensive at first since it wasnβt a local store that I could simply go to and view their products or speak to someone in person but upon receiving my cover, those concerns disappeared immediately.
