★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse company I've dealt with! Cancelled on us 4 weeks in a row with the same excuse. Then didn't do the job properly. Finally got the job finished today, only to learn via email that they had entered our property without our permission. Was NOT impressed at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got 5 quotes, did my research and this was not the cheapest quote, but I was assured of everything on my checklist, so went ahead. BIG mistake!!
The only 2 good points about this company was the installers and the product.
The quote was accepted and deposit paid at least 8 weeks in advance as I only had 1 certain week I could be there for installation, and was assured the install could be done then....checked a week out....."yes will be there Monday 19th April" ....7.30m on Monday 19 April, phone call..."sorry the wrong beading was ordered." HOW can this happen when the order goes through 2 people....the sales person AND the glass men who measured?? and it was not until the morning of install that the mistake was noticed by the installers!!. Was told the missing bits would be here Wednesday......no, maybe Friday.....no actually arrived the following Tuesday. I was passed from the sales person who did not want to handle this any more, to the Manager and then back to the other sales person.
Job done now, sad they could not live up to their promises and have practices in place to insure this did not happen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great firm to deal with, these guys are amazing. We had problems with our windows and they came around instantly and replaced the problem glass without hesitation. The installers were incredibly fast and efficient and even cleaned the windows inside and out. If only other businesses could offer this standard of service.
