★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely appalling service. Left out of the loop for months. They measured our windows wrong TWICE, when we contacted them it took weeks for a response, when they finally did reply there was no apology for not being in contact. Constant delays and head aches. We were sent products with a MULTITUDE of faults. We then paid for the reveals to be repaired and they wouldn’t even cover the repair costs (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT!!). After a constant battle they did repair the remainder of the faults but only 3 months later. Still left us out of pocket for the repairs we decided to undertake without their help as we were sick of waiting. I would NEVER use them or recommend them to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re thinking of using Hagley Rangiora, my strong suggestion is don’t!
The workmanship is less than subpar, they used so much sealer round the door frame, it’s white instead of clear & looks awful.
They provided the wrong door handle & instead of rectifying the situation, I was more or less called a liar by Jason the sales guy. Jason is in desperate of a customer service course as his attitude is appalling.
